Livejournal, myspace,facebook and similar site usage terms:

*  You may create and design graphics using only the tubes and lines to make blinkies, sigtags,websets etc.
*  You may not alter the tubes or give them out as they are. Graphics must be made with them by creating an image using more than just one tube.
*  Sigtags , websets, backgrounds and other images are not allowed to be used or displayed on these sites UNLESS a no right click script, no drag and drop are installed on each page my graphics are displayed.if such scripts cannot be installed then usage is prohibited for the exception of tubes.
*  Sigtags can be used in emails as well as signature tag boxes for personal use.
*  IM Stationary can be used for personal use. Any other graphics usage is prohibited on such sites unless scripts are installed.

Personal, commercial and blog website terms:

*  You may use all graphics inside the members area for display as long as A no right click script, no drag and drop are installed on each page my graphics are displayed.

No website terms of use:

*  A website is NOT required to join my members area.
*  You may use the sigtags, signature tag boxes, IM stationary for personal use.
*  You may use the tubes to create your own tags and graphics. All other graphics are not to be used in emails .

General terms of use that apply to everyone:

*  You may profit from your finished product when using tubes. You can make sigtags, websets etc using the tubes.
*  You may profit from the lineart as long as they are shaded first.
*  You may request signature tags for friends but they will be deducted from your allowed signatures.
*  All members may request 3 signature tags per week for the duration of their membership.
*  Present and past members must provide a link where my graphics are used or displayed.
*  Lifetime memberships are for the life of the site . Not the lifetime of me or you.
*  You may not share out anything from the members area with others.
*  You may NOT share anything from my members area on yahoo groups, pixel sharing groups,msn groups or image sharing websites.
*  All items in the membership section are not to be distributed in any way.
*  Copying, selling, slicing, or claming the graphics as your own is prohibited!
*  You may not use any of the items in my members area on forums, groups or in emails.
Except signature tags, and IM stationary.
*  Anyone caught violating my terms of use will be removed from the members area indefinitely.
*  You may not claim anything in my members area as your own work!
*  I currently only accept payment via Paypal.
*  All sales are final - No Refunds.

Linkware terms of use:

*  You may not profit , sell, distribute or claim any of the linkware items as your own.
*  You may not alter, slice, copy or remove my credit links.
*  You must provide a link back to www.simplyshantastic.com where the images, graphics or templates are used.
